Welcome to Happy Mama Granola, the return to food the old world way — nourishing, simple, and made in small batches with love.
We use only the cleanest ingredients that truly nourish — organic sprouted oats (gluten-free, 3rd party tested glyphosate-free, nutrient-rich) for easier digestion and better nutrient absorption, organic grass-fed beef tallow for healthy fats and that golden crunch, and raw honey for natural sweetness.
Every bag is 100% seed oil–free and pesticide-free, so you can feel good about every bite.
From a happy mama's kitchen to yours, may it bring warmth to your mornings and comfort to your days.
We use only organic, grass-fed beef tallow in our granola. Tallow is simply rendered beef fat, and for centuries (throughout the 1800s and 1900s) it was a staple cooking fat in homes across America before seed oils came into the scene. It’s nutrient-dense, stable at high heat, and free of the harmful processing that comes with seed oils. At Happy Mama, we proudly bake with tallow to bring back that wholesome tradition — no seed oils, ever.
We use organic, gluten free, sprouted oats because they’re easier for your body to digest and more nutrient-rich than traditional oats. Sprouting unlocks the oat’s natural goodness — boosting vitamins, minerals, and enzymes while reducing phytic acid (the stuff that can block nutrient absorption).
Our oats are gluten-free, 3rd-party tested, and glyphosate-free, so you can enjoy every bite knowing it’s as clean and pure as it gets.
Sprouted oats don’t just taste better — they feel better. Gentle on your gut, full of flavor, and baked the way nature intended.
All of our granola comes from the Happy Mama's home kitchen in Franklin, TN — handmade in small batches with love.
Sucanat is an unrefined, whole-cane sugar made by gently pressing fresh sugarcane and slowly evaporating the juice—nothing added, nothing taken away. It keeps its natural molasses, giving it a rich, warm flavor and a golden brown color.
Because it’s minimally processed, sucanat retains more of the character of the cane itself—deep, earthy, and comforting. It’s the kind of sugar that feels closer to the field than the factory.
We choose organic sucanat because it reflects how we believe food should be made: simple, intentional, and rooted in care—from the farm to your kitchen.
